  • Contact details you provide via forms (name, email, phone, company).
  • Job and quote details you supply (project briefs, files, delivery addresses).
  • Account information if you create a portal login.
  • Technical data automatically collected when you visit our site (IP, browser type, referrer, pages viewed).

2. How we use it

  • To respond to quote requests, contact-form submissions and enquiries.
  • To produce, fulfil and deliver work you've ordered.
  • To send transactional communications (job status, proofs, invoices).
  • To send marketing only where you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website, products and service.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only with providers that help us deliver our service, including:

  • Print suppliers and trade printers (e.g. CMYK HUB, Media Point) when fulfilling your order.
  • Couriers and delivery partners for shipping.
  • Payment processors for invoicing.
  • Hosting, email and analytics infrastructure providers.

We don't sell your personal information.

4. Storage and security

Personal information is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

We retain personal and job information for as long as needed to provide our service, meet tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing design@nox.cloud. We will respond within a reasonable time.
