The challenge
Where they were stuck
BarkSuite's founders were watching small grooming salons drown in late-night DMs, no-show appointments and a patchwork of calendar apps that weren't built for the way Aussie groomers actually work. They needed a single, calm platform — and a brand that felt as warm and trustworthy as the salons it serves.
Our approach
How we got our hands dirty
We sat with the team and mapped the entire groomer day from drop-off to pay-out. From there we shaped a soft, distinctly Australian visual language — eucalyptus greens, cream paper, confident display type — and designed the marketing site, marketplace, salon onboarding, deposit flow and SMS reminder system as one continuous experience. Every screen was built mobile-first because that's where groomers actually run their business.

BarkSuite needed a polished, Aussie-priced platform that could replace the late-night DMs, no-shows and clunky calendar apps small grooming salons were stuck with.
We designed and built the full marketing site and product UI, including the public marketplace, salon onboarding flow, deposit and SMS reminder system, and pricing pages. The brand leans warm, friendly and unmistakably Australian — soft cream backgrounds, deep eucalyptus greens and big, confident display type.
Result: a modern SaaS site that converts groomers from "just browsing" to starting free in a single scroll, and a product that lets them actually relax and groom.
