Files & artwork
›What file formats do you accept for print?
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG and ZIP. For best results supply high-resolution PDFs with 3mm bleed and outlined fonts at 300 DPI or higher.
›What is bleed and how much do I need?
Bleed is 3mm of background that extends past the trim line so cut variation doesn't leave a white edge. Add 3mm on every side and keep important content 3mm inside the trim.
›Do you check files before printing?
Yes — every file goes through free prepress checks for resolution, bleed, colour mode, font outlining and trim marks. We'll flag anything that won't print clean.
›Can you fix or rebuild my artwork?
Yes — our design team can redraw logos, recolour artwork or rebuild low-resolution files. Charged at our standard design rate.
Turnaround & delivery
›How quickly can you turn around a print job?
Standard orders are completed in 2–3 business days. Same-day and next-day rush printing is available for most products at a small uplift.
›Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes — we deliver to every state and territory including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT via tracked express courier. Studio pickup is also available.
›Can I order from outside Australia?
Yes, but we'll quote international shipping case by case.
Pricing & payment
›How does pricing work?
Most jobs are quoted up-front — send us your spec and we'll come back with a firm quote within 1 business day. Bulk runs are always cheaper per unit.
›Is there a minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum. We print 1 copy or 1 million — the per-unit price simply adjusts by volume.
›When do I pay?
Quotes are confirmed by 50% deposit. Balance is invoiced on completion. Established clients can request 7-day terms.
›Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as bank transfer.
Design
›I don't have a designer — can you help?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch or adapt an existing design.
›How long does a logo project take?
Typically 2–3 weeks — discovery, three concepts, two rounds of revision, then final files in every format.
›Do I own my logo after you design it?
Yes — once final payment is made, full copyright transfers to you and you get every source file.
Approvals & changes
›Can I approve a proof before printing starts?
Yes — every job goes through a digital proof approval step before production begins.
›What if I spot a mistake after I approve the proof?
We can stop a job if it hasn't gone to press. Once on press, changes mean a reprint at cost — which is why we recommend reading proofs carefully.
›Do you offer printed samples?
Yes — for large or critical jobs we can produce a printed sample before the full run.
